I don't mind hard work. I am just an old-fashioned island gal that has worked hard at whatever I have done.
I enjoy meeting people. I get much of my satisfaction when a buyer opens up the door to their new home and there is a twinkle in their eye.
And guess what....in a company with over 300 agents, guess who was the number one agent last month? Yes!
My hard work, ambition and drive were the steering force however my loyal clients who referred their neighbors, friends and family made my success possible.
I would like to thank all of my clients very much. I truly appreciate the trust you have placed in me as your Realtor®.
Mahalo!
It's all about people, being honest, having integrity and product knowledge.
Sun City Grand ~ I live here, I work here, I know this community!

Hopefully you get a sale...and referrals.... :) :)
Way to go, Leolinda! Your hard work is paying off :)
Leolinda!
CONGRATS TO YOU! We don't have a monthly thing at our office. In fact we don't even have Sales Meetings! So even if I was as good as you....who would know? LOL!
I've been working my tail off as well...but not where I want to be. Does that mean I gotta work something else off?
Keep up the good work!
Thom and Ray, I too work my tail off and it has not come easy. Email or call if you would like to brainstorm. I hope all goes well for the both of you.
Thank you Kara!
Konnie, Thank you for the positive comment. I truly appreciate all the well wishes.

Hard work certainly does pay off !
There's no such thing as "a little bit of luck". People get what they reap and you obviously deserve all the best !

Kimberly, I truly appreciate your kindness. Leolinda
WooHoo Leolinda! I just knew that you were that go getter! Hey...did you get the video?
Hi there Sally! I cannot go home to my grass shack until business starts slowing down.
Yes, I got the video. The first time I had a chance to use it, I couldn't figure out the lighting. Is the old dog trying to learn a new trick. Check out the creature I saw in Surprise the other day. It was scary.
Thanks for the suggestion on the camera.
Leolinda, Nice job! I work towards my goals and focus on my systems. Sounds like you do the same! It shows, everyday! I, especially, liked that you notice the twinkle in your buyer's eye. It isn't just about the money. Congratulations!
It's a Good Life!
